BH AQ RUN FOR AIR

'Although the burden of air pollution in heterogenous, its impact is ubiquitous'

World Health Organisation 2022

As I always harp on about on projects, pollutant concentrations decrease with height (except in street canyons but I wont bore you....) SO it seems only right the BH AQ Team takes part in 'Running Up For Air'. This is an endurance challenge calling on runners to accumulate vert in the name of clean air!

The aim is to gain 100m elevation in 1hour, not an easy feat in the Big Smoke given its relative flatness. Our route will take us from Golders Green to a number of 'peaks' across Hampstead Heath. The route is still being finalised but will share this in due course.

All proceeds go to charities focusing on air pollution, and the significant impact this has on human health.
